More Affirmation for Health
Warding off illness is a lifelong pursuit. Most people have a goal to live a long healthy life. To achieve this we hope to make successful decisions that benefit our goal for better health. Our existence is said to be a state of mind alone. A simple yet complex awareness.
Swami Vivekananda said that whatever you think you will be. I'm sure most of us sense this many times when we speak and with many thoughts during the day. Using this idea in practice to better ourselves and our happiness can be done with affirmations. Have positive thoughts, strong thoughts, not weak ones.
1. I am seeking a physical feeling of wellness and comfort;
2. Every breath brings good oxygen into my body;
3. When I stretch and breathe I am inviting good health to run through me.
