More Affirmations for Peace
In our dreams we work over things that have stressed us in our waking lives. Whether we are muttering under our breath or deep in a dream, the purpose for these thoughts is to organize our minds and find peace within ourselves! What an excellent goal! If we could find peace within ourselves, we would naturally influence the people around us in a positive way. How do we do it without repeating the same circular thoughts that don't bring peace?
By creating new circular thoughts that do bring peace! Wow that's easy - well, it's an elegant and apparently easy concept. But putting it into action will mean a little work and dedication to achieve our goal through daily affirmation:
''The things within me are good.''
This is the starting place. We must focus on recognizing that we are good, inherently good! We are not bad. We were not born bad.
''Many things around me are good.''
All of us have opportunities, and we have our own minds.
''Everything happens for a reason.''
This does not mean a divine reason, it just affirms that there are opportunities for peace, joy, and happiness that can arise from every event and circumstance. An excellent example is that war creates friendships. We don't celebrate war, but adversity itself is inseparably joined to peace as yin is to yang.
