Daily Affirmation Positioning
Some experts in meditation can meditate anywhere regardless of noise and confusion. They have practiced tuning in to themselves and their inner energy cycles so that outside influences have little effect and serve to help them strengthen their mental focus. As a beginner, this may not be right for you, and a quiet safe location is probably best for your daily affirmation and meditation.
Perhaps you can find a quiet space at home, and a time when you have thehouse all to yourself. If this coincides with your daily biorhythm peaks then you are right where you want to be for meditation or affirmation! Some people like to extend their arms slowly and so a meditation space with lots of elbow room is best.
