More Daily Affirmation Theory
about the important people in your life that you know you can count on for help. When you're feeling down or worried about failure, then it's time to repeat your affirmation to remind you about those people who will help you succeed! You are not alone. Good people around you care about you. Here is an example of a daily affirmation to balance your psyche in preparation for the day. You can say it when you wake up or when you get out of the shower each morning. Better yet, use your daily biorhythm chart to determine the best time of day, when your biorhythm energy is peaking.
Take a deep breath and relax your shoulders. Pause then breathe, then pause again and breathe between each line in your affirmation when you say: ''Thank you for (Person 1). Thank you for (Person 2). Thank you for (Person 3). Thank you for (Person4). Thank you for me.'' You could say this using the order in which you met each of your important helpers.
You can say this affirmation to the earth, or to your city is a very good direction too. It's not necessary to link this with god in anyway. Your affirmation is between you and the world you live in. After all, we are good people and are fully capable of doing good things on our own without prompting. There is no valid reason to believe that anybody has been born a bad person - that's ridiculous!
