There has been a lot of research in the past two decades relating to blood types and diets. Some early publications by Dr. D'Adamo were embraced as highly influential medical information. The research was used to profile suitable foods for different bloodtypes and generally it was results from surveys that began to associate verying energy and wellness profiles with the known bloodtypes A, B, O, and AB.
