More Exercise and Dieting
Aerobic exercise is the more tolerable within reasonable limits, because it does not exhaust your blood oxygen under normal circumstances. Anaerobic exercise on the other hand is based on depleting your blood oxygen; these definitions seems to be contradictory to what you may expect but allow us to explain: building anaerobic muscle requires the muscle group you are working on to be pushed near its functional limit. Lactic acid builds, the muscle is starved of oxygen, and in reaction to loss of function due to fatigue, the muscle will get stronger and grow in anticipation of your next workout.
In comparison, the goal with aerobic exercise is to make muscles achieve longer function by training the bodies muscles for stamina. This means not starving the muscle but exercising in a way that increases sustained performance.
Fast diets, sensory diets, and weight calculators and journals can all be useful. Remember to take in plenty of water throughout your workout.
