Quick breaktime Health Tips

Significant improvements in your focus and energy for the rest of your day can be achieved at breaktimes such as coffe break or lunch. Try these tips that won't take long:

1. Hydrate yourself, with water:
Coffee will act as a diuretic and actually purge water from your body, so if you drink a coffee also drink a bottle of pure water.

2. Take a 2-5 minute walk:
Even just two minutes of walking at a brisk pace will elevate your cardio enough to provide more oxygen and help you focus on tasks at work when you leave your break. More oxygen allows for sharper focus, decreases mental stress, and helps you feel more capable.
