More Evening Health Tips
a goal for every person. In the evening, we can do as much good for our mind and body as at any other time of the day and regular practice of evening health practices will elevate your peacefulness during repose which will in turn elevate the peacefulness of your daytime hours.
1. Enjoy some quiet time by yourself, sitting on the floor:
It's time now to close your eyes and breathe out all the stresses of the day. 'No one can see me, no one is thinking about me, I am alone.'
2. Think about tomorrow and be hopeful:
Maybe the sky will be blue, 'tomorrow I can start fresh and work on one thing at a time. I will make some accomplishments.'
3. Lie down on the floor - use a pillow or mat:
With your eyes closed, imagine the blue sky above and the blue ocean below. 'The word is blue. I can feel myself floating between the peaceful blue sky and the peaceful blue ocean.'
