More Health Tips For Travelling

Noisy and jam-packed buses, trains that jolt when starting and stopping, stressful airport travelling can take its toll on the regular traveller. In addition to the physical stresses we travellers are bombarded with germs and viruses from every direction. This causes mental and physical stress that has harmful effects on people in the modern world and can deteriorate our immune systems.

Breathing is an important part of being alive, and often it is the inhaling process that receives our greater attention. In places where we are susceptible to sharing air with many other people we should attend to the exhalation process equally. These busy travel hubs and transport vehicles bring many germs and infectants. Now it is time to reverse the deep inhalation process and instead make full exhalation every 3 breaths. Proper purging of air from your lungs will strengthen your cardio and expel germs acquired from other people in close quarters. This can be done slowly without force.
