Travel Health Tips 2 Continued
When our immune system is weakened by stress and exhaustion, we are also susceptible to colds and viruses which can rob us of precious energy needed by our bodies for recovery. Simple hygiene practices are crucial at these times, especially when we may have been in contact with many people who potentially carry a virus.
