What can you do to live longer? Simple changes can prolong almost anyone's health. Most important are always diet and exercise. Body mass, and body fat can contribute to more rapid aging due to the requirement of working harder to maintain extra weight. This applies not just to extra fat, but also to extra muscle.
Brain training is another excellent way to promote longevity. Keeping the mind active tunes the mental functions that we don't see. They are equally important to physical functions. Hydration and reasonable stretching of tissues allow for better tissue repair, and promote successful impact absorption.
