Visualizing is the technique of creating a mental image, whether symbolic or literal, to address life goals. Do you visualize yourself achieving success? Perhaps that success is career oriented, perhaps it is in relation to finding love. Relationships happen because we need to incorporate something new in our lives, that will bring us closer to our life goals.

Exercises that help you visualize your goals, or even to visualize obstacles to your goals, can help your mind grow stronger and give you energy to achieve. Now take the time to sit, gain a good posture, breathe depply a few times. Already you have made the first step toward your goal!

What is key is that you do it again, right now. Reinforce the step you have just taken and your path has become easier. Set a time to begin your visualization each day - a time in which you don't need to be hurried. After your favourite show, this is a good time to practice your visualization exercises.
