Natural vitamin sources are absorbed more efficiently into the body. The difference is in the molecular structure. Although synthetic or manufactured vitamins have the necessary material properties at the molecular level to be called a certain vitamin, their shape is often different than the natural vitamin.

Supplements are used to promote vitality, act medicinally, encourage growth and health of the body and it's tissues. Some supplements have been recommended to promote mental facility and memory such as ginko and ginseng. Consider using herbal supplements because herbal supplements are more easily absorbed into the body. This allows herbal supplements to enter the blood and work beneficially towards immune boosting and healing.
